Engineering: We're AI-first across the entire engineering team. Our developers primarily use Claude Code Max as their main development environment, with some using Cursor. Every pull request gets an automated AI code review via CodeRabbit before human review. Product: Parachute is AI-native at its core. AI powers the key workflows our customers rely on: * Document generation - organisations can generate legal documents (privacy policies, data protection policies, contracts) in minutes rather than days, with multi-jurisdictional awareness (GDPR, CCPA, Australian Privacy Act, etc.) * Automated document review - AI runs documents through multiple review stages including obligation identification, knowledge base conflict detection, and risk assessment * RAG-powered knowledge bases - we use vector embeddings and retrieval-augmented generation so AI responses are grounded in each organisation's own compliance content and curated legal databases * Model evaluation - we work across multiple models and use tools like Braintrust to evaluate, optimise, and test AI output quality across our pipelines Business operations: AI is embedded across the business, not just the product. We use Shortwave for AI-powered email, Notion AI for internal docs and knowledge management, and Clay for AI-driven sales intelligence and outreach.
