At Erin Living, AI is embedded in every stage of how we ship product. We use Claude to draft PRDs and technical specs, then spin up agents to drive implementation — compressing what used to take weeks into hours. Every person in the company has Claude Desktop connected to our full tool stack, so context flows freely across services without manual handoffs. We're currently evolving our process toward product-engineer pairs — two people working side by side to define and build a feature together. Rather than throwing specs over a wall, the pair uses AI to think through the problem in real time, refine requirements as they build, and stay aligned on both intent and execution. The result is faster iteration, fewer misunderstandings, and features that actually match what was imagined.
