AI is not a feature at Chime Labs. It is the default way we operate. Externally, our product is built entirely around AI agents. We use large language models, voice synthesis, workflow automation, and data enrichment to handle real customer calls, qualify jobs, book appointments, and progressively take over backend workflows such as quoting, scheduling, follow-ups, and admin. Internally, AI is expected in every function. Engineers use AI daily to design, prototype, and ship production features. Sales and marketing build AI-driven lead enrichment, outreach workflows, and campaign tooling. Operations uses AI to analyse call transcripts, generate insights, prioritise product improvements, and automate reporting. If there is a repetitive process, the first question is not “who will do this?” It is “how do we automate this with AI?” Everyone is expected to solve problems by designing AI-powered workflows, tools, and lightweight internal apps. We move fast by building systems, not headcount.
