How AI is Used

We are embracing AI across multiple domains. Firstly, all engineers are using AI tooling in their code development. This is used both for legacy system rewrites as well as greenfield product engineering. Secondly, we are building a range of internal AI-powered tools to enhance or replace our workplace software stack. This includes embracing Claude Co-work, Claude Code, and other automation tooling. Thirdly, we are leveraging LLM services in Product Engineering, with evaluation of all new features against LLM capabilities. Finally, all employees are encouraged to use personal AI tools to enhance productivity.
