Our philosophy is simple - we use AI to tackle problems that would otherwise be intractable; not just to do the work we already know how to do. This approach is allowing us to re-think complex accounting from the ground up; unlocking platform capabilities that Members of the team are encouraged and empowered to experiment with AI to have impact across every part of the company, and are equipped with as many AI tools and subscriptions as they can find a use for.
